We are pleased to announce the release of Vision Point II / API Version 2026.1. This update introduces support for new hardware, expanded API resources, and critical stability improvements for high-performance imaging workflows.
New features
- Added support for Zinc PCIe cameras.
- Introduced a new API sample, KYVP_ManualDetection_Example, demonstrating the correct procedure for configuring manual detection using XML parameters.
- Updated the KYVP_QueuedBuffers_Example API sample to demonstrate the use of the direct stream callback.
Fixes and improvements
- Fixed an issue causing image corruption when packed-data mode was enabled on III-generation frame grabbers used with cameras supporting Tap Geometry.
- Resolved an issue that prevented streaming from starting on CLHS line scan cameras.
