Iron 487 is a high-performance ultraviolet (UV) industrial camera optimized for imaging in the UV spectral range. Built around the Sony IMX487 CMOS sensor with a global shutter, it delivers high-resolution, distortion-free imaging with excellent sensitivity in UV wavelengths. The camera combines high frame rates, deterministic CoaXPress data transfer, and precise synchronization, making it suitable for demanding UV inspection and scientific imaging tasks.
Engineered for reliable operation in demanding environments, Iron 487 offers flexible triggering, extensive I/O and on-camera processing, and robust electrical and environmental specifications. Available in commercial and industrial variants with optional IP67 protection, it combines compact mechanical design with long operational lifetime, making it well suited for continuous use in industrial and OEM systems.
